2026 Tulsa Shootout Parking and Load-In Information
Welcome to the 41st annual Hyper Racing Tulsa Shootout powered by NOS Energy Drink. Here are some FAQ’s regarding parking.
No, there is not a published list. We will contact you when it is your turn.
Your team representative will be sent an email with more parking information on December 17, 2025.
Teams can start staging on Friday, December 26, 2025 at Noon. Do not park before, as there will be no security or Expo staff on site.
Saturday, December 27 will go from 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. (CT) for early trailer parking. NO SAVED SPOTS in the building.
IF YOU’VE NEVER BEEN TO THE TULSA SHOOTOUT, AND ARE NOT PARKING WITH ANYONE, THERE WILL BE A LIST AT THE WEST ROLLUP DOOR. YOU WILL NEED TO CHECK IN WITH A MEMBER OF THE STAFF WITH THAT LIST TO LIST A CONTACT AND THE NUMBER OF CARS YOU ARE ROLLING IN.
Anyone not pulling a trailer in for early parking, you will stage on the north side of the SageNet Center. You will be able to push your cars and equipment in once we are done parking trailers. Park your rig at an angle, so you can easily move. Do not park nose to tail.
No, you cannot just push in a random spot. We will escort you to your spot. If you are asked to move, please do not argue. If you do manage to push into a random spot, you will be told to leave.
If your trailer is staying in the building, you will receive a red ticket. This will go in the windshield of your truck.
Once your trailer is parked, the white tickets will be permitted for those parking with you. They will unload outside and push into the building. Again if you are not with anyone parking early, please wait until notified you can start moving in.
You will be called to pull in. DO NOT PULL TO THE DOOR UNTIL NOTIFIED. Do not crowd, and do not leave. If you do, you will be skipped. You can expect a call from Oklahoma (918) or New Mexico (575) numbers.

The only thing you will need at the Event Office is to get signed up for power. The number for the power box is welded and painted on the plate. You cannot get power until your trailer is set. If you pay for the wrong power box because you did not wait, you will pay again to get in corrected.
Check-in beings at Noon on December 27. You can line up a half-hour before.
