Tulsa Shootout
Event Memo: Tulsa Shootout Early Parking
For teams who are paying to park early, we will begin pulling teams in on Monday, December 26, 2016 at Noon. Teams who paid to park early will stage on the west side of the River Spirit Expo Center. Everyone who is parking on Tuesday, December 27 can begin parking on the north side of the River Spirit Expo Center.
Those who are early parking will be in contact with Kelly Crain. He will contact you as we reach your turn in line. If you have any questions as to where to park, please contact Kelly at (918) 809-7168.
Teams who paid for early parking at the 2016 Tulsa Shootout will have first option to renew and must do so by Thursday, December 1, 2016 at 9:00 A.M. (CST). Teams who were not a part of early parking in last year’s event can call starting on September 27, 2016 to be placed on a list. Once the deadline has passed, teams on the list will be moved up.
Early parking does not guarantee that a team will be able to bring their trailer into the River Spirit Expo Center. Teams who are allowed to bring their trailer into the Pits must have two cars for every 10 feet of trailer that are participating in the Speedway Motors Tulsa Shootout.
