Tulsa Shootout
Entries Near 500 as Pre-Entry Deadline Approaches
Bryan Hulbert - Tulsa, Oklahoma (November 28, 2012) In less than a month, the QuikTrip Center will be converted into one of the most beloved tracks in North America. Although a temporary clay oval, Tulsa Expo Raceway has carried the dreams of countless racers with only a select few earning the coveted Golden Driller.
With the deadline for entry fast approaching, the 28th running of the Speedway Motors Tulsa Shootout is on track to again boast entries at or near the 800 mark. With entries continuing to pour in, the current list of entries stands at 441 among 258 drivers.
Entries received after November 30th will be subject to a $20 increase per class entered. Entries can be made online at www.tulsashootout.com or over the phone by calling the Shootout office at 918-838-3777 Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm (CT). Entries postmarked on or before November 30th will still be subject to the discounted entry fee. Entries can be mailed to 1141 S. 83red East Ave. Tulsa, OK 74112.
