Stevie begun his career racing Quarter midgets at 5 years old. He had a 4 year career with a 2 year gap. When Stevie's mom passed, it took us a while to figure out how to resume this demanding sport. Stevie was very successful with Quarter midget racing. Steve excelled with dirt racing at the fairgrounds as well as wanting to follow the path of Dad and Charles Davis Jr., so we moved to Sprint cars. Stevie started racing the Jr. Sprint cars He won and had many silver and bronze finishes. Stevie started to race the Micro sprints in 2020. Stevie raced the Jr sprints and the Micro's at the same time. His heart was in the Micro class, but wanted to keep the Jr class going in a time when the car counts were low. Stevie has won 2 heat races and several top 5 finishes so far. We hope as a team to eventually race the full size sprint cars. Dad just wants Stevie to have fun and have a challenging and rewarding life.
